ABOUT US

Windward Village was originally constructed in the late 1970’s. At that time it was owned and managed by investors who leased each lot in the project to homeowners. The homeowners, having a significant investment in their home, were saddled with rent for their lot which increased annually. Windward Village was a traditional “land-lease” community.
